We want every customer to know exactly where they stand before paying anything.

Deposits

• We never take payment through this website.
• If you choose to leave a deposit to hold a vehicle, we will tell you in writing, before you pay, how much it is, how long the vehicle is held, and whether and when it is refundable.
• If we cannot deliver the vehicle as agreed, your deposit is refunded in full.

Cancellations

• Before you sign a purchase or lease contract, you can walk away at any time.
• Once a contract is signed, the sale is final except where the contract or the law gives you a right to cancel. For eligible used vehicles, California law requires dealers to offer an optional contract cancellation agreement — ask us about it before signing.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days.

Warranty

Coverage, claims and cancellation of optional GWC warranty plans follow the terms of the warranty contract.
